EÜD Chairman Mr. Tamer Çalışır’s Remarks on Digitalization in Energy Markets

Our Association’s Chairman of the Board, and GAMA Energy Board Member and General Manager, Mr. Tamer Çalışır, gave an interview to Petroturk newspaper titled “Digital transformation drives the energy sector: A new era of artificial intelligence and data in electricity generation.”

In this interview, Mr. Çalışır provided in-depth assessments on the digital transformation of the electricity generation sector, the role of digital systems in electricity trading, the application of digital tools in maintenance and outage management, as well as the integration of Turkish electricity markets with European markets.
