EÜD & Association of Labor Inspectors – Principal Employer and Subcontractor Relationship Webinar

In cooperation with the Association of Labor Inspectors, we held a webinar titled “Principal Employer and Subcontractor Relationship” within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

The webinar, presented by Chief Labor Inspectors Mr. Fatih Bulut and Mr. Vehbi Cankat Güneş, addressed in detail the allocation of responsibilities between employers, subcontracting practices, OHS obligations in turnkey contracts, and the responsibilities arising in workplaces with multiple employers.

With strong participation from our members, the session also included valuable practical insights based on the questions raised during the discussion. We extend our sincere thanks to the Association of Labor Inspectors, our speakers, and all participants for their contributions.
